Key Responsibilities

Own the design vision and execution of the provider acquisition journey

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes

Mentor other designers in the Growth Pillar as a design lead

Required Qualifications

8 years+ experience as a Product Designer (3+ on a growth-related team)

Strong visual and interaction design craft

Experience with hypothesis-driven iteration and experimentation

Ability to translate user insights and business goals into design vision

Desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives
