$115,000 - $150,000 annually, plus full benefits
A nationally recognized leader in
design-build construction , specializing in large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) and federal projects is seeking a
Design Project Manager (DPM)
to lead and manage all phases of building and structure design projects, from planning through delivery. This is a key leadership role within our Architecture Department, reporting directly to the Director of Architecture and overseeing a team of Project Architects, Architects, and Junior Architects.
What You'll Do :
Lead multidisciplinary design teams through all project phases.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for federal and military facilities.
Oversee production of drawings, documentation, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools.
Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure design excellence.
Drive compliance with
DoD, UFC, and federal building standards .
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required).
Architectural License (CA preferred).
20+ years of experience in architectural design and project delivery, ideally in a design-build environment.
Strong technical skills with
Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and SpecsIntact .
Experience managing
DoD or large-scale ($50M-$100M+) projects
highly preferred.
LEED GA required; LEED AP preferred.
