Description : Summary :
Our Representatives will be responsible for providing friendly excellent service to every guest throughout the property. Assist guests with all inquiries and transactions. Responsible for conducting guest transactions in an accurate and efficient manner; including exchange of gaming instruments for cash and guest inquiries, maintain the cage cash summary, cage balance sheet, Title 31 MTL log and all paperwork. Responsible for conducting Kiosk cash fills, and ATM cash fills.

Requirements : Qualifications :
Minimum six months previous guest service experience and cash handling experience, preferably in a casino. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner; possess excellent guest relations and communication skills; possess good organizational skills and be detailed oriented, and be able to get along with coworkers and work as a team. Knowledge of Title 31 preferred. Representatives must possess basic math and computer skills including Excel, and 10-key by sight or touch. Representative must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. High school diploma or equivalent required.
