Temporary Medical Call Center Agent

We are seeking temporary Bilingual Spanish Medicare / Medicaid Call Center Agent, working remotely from the comfort of your home. This is a potential opportunity for candidates interested in temporary assignments that could last two to eight weeks.

We are seeking experienced call center professionals with a minimum of six months of experience in call center operations and prior experience in a medical or healthcare-related environment is required.  Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius of Sacramento, California. Proficiency in Office 365, the ability to manage a high call volume, and strong multitasking skills are essential for success in this role. Fortuna will provide all necessary home office technology and paid training.

WORKSITE : Remote- must reside within a 50-mile radius of Roseville, CA

WORK HOURS : Monday-Friday

COMPENSATION : $18.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Work remotely, Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
• Complete remote training program with no absences.
• Handle incoming calls and address customer or provider inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate channels.
• Process calls efficiently to meet or surpass performance metrics.
• Maintain meticulous call records, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation of account history.
• Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively.
