Modern Family Law, a rapidly growing national family law firm, is seeking a remote Salesforce Developer to support our dynamic team of professionals in providing superior service to our clients. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the following duties :
Custom Solution Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
- Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce application.
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and other technologies.
- Development experience with Community Portal.
Integration
Build Salesforce integrations with third-party services, and craft the APIs that allow others to do the same.Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.Collaborate with other developers to design cohesive and optimized APIs.Testing and Documentation
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting of applications built on Salesforce.Document and maintain the functionality of applications developed in Salesforce.Continuously improve the platform, enhancing performance, and ensuring security and reliability.Review the work of other developers to ensure adherence to coding, design, and practice standards.Stakeholder Interaction
Interact directly with users, managers, and other stakeholders to gather and confirm requirements.Provide system administration support of internal Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.Requirements
Position Requirements :
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems or related field and 3-5 years of experience.Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I / II).Proven experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning , Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL).Proven experience with Salesforce Community Portal.Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications via real-time, batch, sync / async.Excellent knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas.Experience in working on complex projects.Strong problem-solving skills, data and software analysis skills, and strong communication skillsHigh level knowledge and experience working with the Microsoft Suite of products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe; and Zoom Conferencing Technology.As our culture is remote-first, all employees are expected to have the capability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and to set up a workstation that supports productive work during normal business hours.Skills and Competencies :

Compensation and Benefits : Salary Range : $110,000-$130,0000, adjusted for experience, location, and job-related factors .
