About The Position
We are seeking a Forensic Pathologist for a locum tenens assignment in Louisiana beginning Jan 5, 2026. This 30-day opportunity offers consecutive Monday through Friday day shifts from 8am to 4pm. The ideal candidate will have forensic pathology experience, with preference for those who are fellowship trained, and will conduct autopsies and medical examinations on deceased patients.

Responsibilities and Duties
Perform autopsies and medical examinations on deceased patientsEvaluate cases including homicides, suicides, car crashes, natural cause deaths, and accidental fatalities such as slip and fallDocument findings in accordance with standard forensic protocolsPrepare and present reports as requiredAdditional Information
