What We Need :
We are looking for individuals to join our Design Development Program in Muscatine, IA! New hires will start in January 2026 or June 2026. Our?Early Career Development Program?(ECDP) is a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career busines professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various design functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, direct exposure to leadership, and opportunities to develop cohort relationships through cross-functional team projects.

What You Will Do :
The Design team is responsible for providing best in class deliverables to our customers that meet their everchanging workplace design needs. As a member of this team, you will gain experience rendering designs, space planning, preparing proposals, and working with CET Designer. Our ECDP members are a key source of future talent for entry-level design careers. Once youve completed the ECDP, youll be prepared for a role likely within one of the rotational functions. Where you will begin will be in part based on your talents and strengths, your interests, and available roles upon program completion.
What You Have :
Prospective candidates are required to hold a bachelor's degree in design or a related field, prior to their start date.
Minimum 2.8 GPA
Portfolio containing examples of design work must be submitted.
Interest in commercial design and space planning.
Preference will be given to applicants with relevant work experience, internships, or involvement in related activities such as tutoring or business fraternities

Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative and ownership
Strong experience managing projects (school or work related)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dedicated team-player, strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
