About The Position We are seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in Indiana. This 45-day opportunity starts on Oct 13, 2025, and features a 35-hour workweek across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with no Thursday shifts. The provider will manage general primary care cases to support the onsite health needs of a factory workforce. Proficiency with the Epic EMR system is required. Job Details Location : Indiana Start Date : Oct 13, 2025 LOA : 45 days Provider Type Needed : Family Practice Physician Assistant Schedule : 35 hours per week; Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (detailed breakdown below) Tuesdays : 8am - 7pm Wednesdays : 7 : 30am - 11 : 30am Fridays : 6am - 4pm Mondays : 6 : 30am - 12 : 30pm Wednesdays : 12 : 30pm - 6 : 30pm No Thursday shifts Responsibilities and Duties Deliver general primary care services for factory employees Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of acute and chronic health conditions Provide preventive health assessments and routine screenings Document all patient encounters using the Epic EMR system Collaborate with onsite healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards Additional Information Minimum 3 years family practice experience required Valid Indiana license and DEA registration required Board certification in Family Medicine required Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required DOT certification is a plus Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
