The Position

Schedule Details : Monday-Friday; no evenings / weekend; Hours 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm EST schedule with great PTO and holidays.

Pharmacy Details : Closed door mail order specialty pharmacy

Location : 495 Keller Rd, Orlando, FL 32751

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervises daily technician tasks and performance levels applying operating discipline across both front end and fulfillment.
• Monitors pharmacy workflow queues and phone service levels
• Creates pharmacy technician schedule and schedule adherence.
• Provides weekly huddles to cover communications / process opportunities and changes.
• Completes monthly 1 on 1’s to evaluate workload, performance, and correction.
• Completes daily timecard review, quarterly performance review and annual performance review of strengths and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintains team morale and employee retention by serving as point of contact for questions and concerns.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
