Office Administrator - Contract
Beacon Hill's client in Savage, MN is seeking a versatile and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment. This is a contract role through the end of the year, with potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phones
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate facility needs
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
- Perform data entry and maintain databases across multiple departments
- Support internal communication and collaboration
- Manage multiple shared email inboxes
- Organize and maintain internal files and records
- Provide technical administrative support
- Assist with planning and coordinating internal / client visits, including catering and logistics
Key Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in an office settingHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Experience with Adobe and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesComfortable working independently and collaborativelyProfessional demeanor with a proactive, can-do attitudeWork Environment & Physical Requirements :
