We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Account Representative to join our growing team. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while providing exceptional customer service. As a Junior Account Representative, you will assist in managing client accounts and ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Job : On site

Location : Birmingham, AL

Pay Range : $900 - $1250 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Prepare account documentation and maintain organized records.
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
  • Participate in client meetings and take notes to capture important information.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
