Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, you will :

  • Build trusted therapist-patient relationships through in-person interactions.
  • Engage in continuing education and take advantage of tuition reimbursement opportunities.
  • Enjoy independence and autonomy in your practice.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • Assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, and more.
  • Providing services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, using evidence-based techniques.
  • Consulting with physicians to develop tailored therapy plans.
  • Observing, recording, and reporting patient responses to treatment and any changes in condition.
  • Conducting assessments to evaluate functional abilities through diagnostic tests.

    License Requirements :

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in your state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
