About The Position

Must-Have :

• Med / surg experience

Description :

The unit has a total of 12 beds.

The patient ratio in the ICU is 2 : 1.

For med / surg and PCU patients, the ratio is 4 : 1.

Staffing includes Charge RNs, RNs, and Patient Care Technicians.

Equipped with ventilators and specialty beds, and occasionally CRRT.

The documentation system used is Meditech.

Scheduling requires a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule, which spans 4 weeks.

Contract labor staff may float to different areas as needed.

Candidates must hold BLS and ACLS certifications.

The required uniform consists of navy scrubs.

Unit-specific policies and guidelines will be provided during orientation.
