Job Description
The Licensed Clinician (LC) will conduct behavioral and social-emotional health histories during intake, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions as needed.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution and current Arkansas licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Master’s Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Associate Counselor, Licensed Psychological Examiner (I), Ph.D., Psy.D., or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Core competencies required are effective communication, counseling, and documentation skills.
Our outpatient behavioral health clinics serve children and adolescents (ages 4-20) through services like individual, family, and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention, diagnostic evaluations, and medication management in offices, schools, and homes.
