A company is looking for a Legal Support Services Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Add and organize executed agreements in the Signed Contracts Database
Update naming conventions, amendments, and contract terms in a cloud-based system
Assist with contract database updates and administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience with corporate contracts and understanding contract date terms
Proficiency in document entry within a cloud-based system
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Familiarity with DocuSign and Onit is a plus
Ability to assist with basic system user management
