Ireland Licensed Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their legal & compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts including SaaS agreements and NDAs

Advise on regulatory compliance, particularly regarding GDPR, CCPA, and AI regulations

Act as a legal partner to various teams, supporting legal matters and corporate governance

Required Qualifications

Qualified solicitor, barrister, or J.D. with approximately 3-5 years PQE

In-house experience in a technology company

Experience at an international corporate law firm

Knowledge of AI and data protection regulations

Experience in negotiating commercial contracts
