What you'll do

• Act as the on-site lead during new system installations, directing third-party contractors and ensuring high-quality execution
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time, resolving challenges under pressure
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance services across client sites
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and proactively identify potential risks
• Review site layouts using AutoCAD, ensuring feasibility and accuracy
• Write clear and thorough technical documentation, including installation and service reports
• Serve as the face of UVeye in the field, providing excellent customer service and managing client expectations with professionalism and confidence

Compensation

UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with salary transparency requirements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors. The annual base salary range for this position is $35 / hr – $38 / hr.
