Structural Project Manager Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while managing all aspects of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project standards
- Conduct site assessments to monitor progress and quality of work
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
- Foster strong client relations to understand needs and manage expectations
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldProven experience as a Project Manager in construction or engineeringStrong knowledge of construction management processes and methodologiesProficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software applicationsExcellent budget management and scheduling skillsStrong risk management and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated ability to assess site conditions and ensure quality controlExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in client relations and managing stakeholder expectationsFamiliarity with structural engineering principles and code compliance.Benefits
