Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Proactively reach out to clients to review their current insurance policies and suggest favorable adjustments or improvements.
Policy Management : Oversee policy renewals, handle policy adjustments, and ensure client records are accurate and up-to-date.
Client Support : Address client inquiries and issues promptly, offering comprehensive solutions to meet their needs.
Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other team members to streamline customer service processes.
Upselling Potential : Identify opportunities for additional coverage or services that align with clients' needs and goals.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all actions and decisions comply with state insurance regulations and company policies.
Continuous Improvement : Actively participate in training programs to improve knowledge of insurance products and customer service techniques.
Requirements
Licensing : Must hold an active Massachusetts or Rhode Island insurance license in Property and Casualty.
Experience : Minimum of two years in an insurance customer service role or similar industry experience.
Customer Service Skills : Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Problem-Solving : Ability to effectively resolve client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail to accurately handle customer accounts and documentation.
Organizational Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently and effectively.
Technology Proficiency : Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry-specific software.
