Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, providing professional account services and communication
Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders to drive account retention and expansion
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to establish goals, monitor performance, and develop reporting metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Risk Management, or a related field
7+ years of experience in business development or account management in the workers' compensation sector
Deep understanding of Workers' Compensation, ancillary networks, and bill review
Proven ability to cultivate complex client relationships and drive strategic outcomes
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new market opportunities
