A company is looking for a Senior Fund Formation Attorney (Remote in U.S.).
Key Responsibilities
Manage fund formation activities, including structuring and documentation preparation
Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant laws and assist in filing submissions
Support investor relations by addressing legal inquiries and managing documentation
Required Qualifications
At least 6 years of fund formation experience, either in-house or at a law firm
Strong understanding of asset management and securities laws
Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
Experience with AI, technology, and data is beneficial
