Job Schedule : Flex

Weekly Hours : 24.00

Salary Range : $21.00 - $25.50

Sign-On Bonus : $2,000 available

Department Details :

Schedules vary; availability for all shifts and weekends is required.
No block schedules will be issued, but you will receive your work schedule two weeks in advance.
Overtime and shift differentials are available when applicable.
No mandatory overtime; you will be informed of on-call responsibilities.
The position allows flexibility from a minimum of 24 hours per week up to full-time status.

Role Overview :

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in long-term care settings. You will assist with daily living activities, promote the comfort and well-being of our residents, and work under the supervision of registered nursing staff. Key responsibilities include :

Providing personal care such as bathing, grooming, and assisting with toileting.

Recording vital signs and documenting all pertinent resident care details.

Supporting residents in mobility, including transferring and walking.

Assisting with meal preparation, dining, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Communicating any changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff.

Helping maintain a clean and safe environment in resident living areas.

Encouraging participation in wellness and recreational programs.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience is a plus.

Must possess state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or obtain it within four months of hire.

Ongoing training and continuing education of at least 12 hours annually are required.
