You'll be the primary point of contact for patient care, collaborating with a supportive team to manage chronic diseases, provide proactive wellness education, and deliver comprehensive care to patients aged two and up. This is your chance to be the true master of your craft.

Work Schedule & Location & Compensation / Sign On Bonus

Position Details

Location : 1101 W Main Street, Medford, OR 97501

Work Schedule : Full-time, generally operating Monday through Thursday from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM, and Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM.

Base Compensation : $160,000 annually (negotiable based on qualifications).

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000.00 will be provided upon hire.
