Position : 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor

Shift : 3 : 00p 11 : 30p, Monday-Friday, Rotating Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are based off of customer needs, Mandatory OT Required

Pay : $65,000 annual salary

The Operations Supervisor role has a national salary range of $62,500 - $70,000. For roles within California the range is $68,640 - $82,200 and Washington is $77,968 - $82,000. Job Description :

Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging. Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations. Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
