Hi! My name is Bethanne, and I'm the Area Manager for Thrive, a swiftly growing organization devoted to providing exceptional play-based learning experiences for young children and cultivating a better humanity for all. We're looking for a highly qualified sales person to fill our Student Enrollment Specialist opening. This person will thrive at finding, engaging and closing new families to increase our student enrollments for our existing schools and opening new centers!

Thrive is a nurturing and supportive community of early childhood professionals that are passionate about the importance of, and interplay between, play and discovery. We currently have four schools where we are creating a thriving community for children, families and educators with exciting advancement opportunities and a focus on personal and professional growth, and we're continuing to grow throughout the Denver Metro area.

We are looking to hire a full-time Enrollment Sales Specialist (Monday-Friday, 8 hours / day) for an uncapped commission position that includes a draw and limited benefits. This position is a hybrid-remote role but may require some time spent operating out of each of our schools (Denver, Englewood, Littleton, and Golden, along with future centers as they open) for recruitment events when necessary.

As a Enrollment Specialist at Thrive, you will be engaging new families through all channels and bringing high volumes of new students into Thrive's schools. We're looking for a creative self-starter who enjoys building momentum, launching ideas, and helping people take action. This is a sales role. This position is ideal for someone who is a proven closer, likes earning a commission, and enjoys thinking outside the box, crafting new outreach and sales strategies. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly relational, and deeply passionate about ensuring every child has access to high-quality education. They must be exceptional communicators, skilled in both grassroots and digital sales and sourcing strategies and must be committed to representing the mission, values, and culture of excellence at Thrive.
