Pediatric Hospitalist Physician

Pendleton, Oregon - Locums Pediatrics Hospitalist JobDates : 11 / 26 (7 AM) - 12 / 1 (7 AM); ongoing coverage possibleSchedule : 24-hour call coverage; roughly 1-4 hours onsite dailyEMR : MeditechReason for Need : Provider shortageDetails : Provide newborn and pediatric inpatient care Must be comfortable managing neonatal resuscitation, intubation, emergency meds, and stabilization / transfer Covers all newborns from OB, ED admissions, and pediatric med / surg patients Average rounding : 1-4 hours per day (varies) Average patients / day : 0-6 No NICU or office call - stabilize and transfer sick infants as needed Solo provider coverage - no backup available Admissions : 1 / month through the ED Must have recent inpatient pediatric experience (?24 patients in past 24 months) Requirements : Board Certified in Pediatrics (highly preferred) IM / FM accepted only with significant neonatal and pediatric experience Active Oregon license - required Residency : 3-year Pediatric program Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP Local candidates only Ask about our generous referral bonuses!Allow RecruitWell to connect you with the client for more details.Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
