Your leadership will help oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and adherence to nursing policies and regulations.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Guide and supervise nursing staff to maintain high-quality care delivery.\n
• Manage daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource distribution.\n
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans.\n
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards.\n
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff for professional development.\n

• Valid state nursing license.\n
• Advanced degree or certification is preferred.\n
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.\n
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.\n
• Interest in providing care to aging and chronically ill patients.\n
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n
