About Nurture Collective
Nurture Collective is a BIPOC-owned, women-led practice redefining early intervention. We sit at the intersection of maternal-infant mental health , early childhood development , and family well-being .
Our work goes beyond milestones — we help families build secure, connected relationships that nurture long-term growth. We offer occupational, physical, and speech therapy; feeding and lactation support; parent-infant groups; and integrated family services.
Our team serves families across Los Angeles County, many of whom might not otherwise have access to care. Every session is an opportunity to make a lasting difference — not just in a child’s development, but in a family’s story.
About the Role
We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist who is both clinically skilled and deeply human — someone who believes that play, connection, and co-regulation are powerful tools for growth. You’ll work closely with families of children ages 0–5, guiding them through the joys and challenges of early development.
This is more than a therapy position — it’s an opportunity to join a reflective, supportive team that’s transforming what family-centered care looks like.
