As a Capacity Planning Engineer, you will be part of the Global Markets Capacity Support team supporting application onboarding, performance analysis, and capacity forecasting. Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding multiple applications and ensure deliverables around performance and capacity are met
  • Review technical application documentation to identify potential capacity impacts
  • Collaborate with Production Support owners to develop forecasts and capacity models
  • Analyze saturation test results using tools like AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, and others
  • Provide consulting support to ensure optimal application performance and capacity management

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Capacity Management
  • Knowledge of capacity planning methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with mathematical, statistical, and quantitative analytics
  • Familiarity with ITIL capacity management frameworks and COBIT
  • Proficiency with performance measurement tools such as AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, SAR, and PerfMon
