A company is looking for a Recruiting Sourcing Specialist to manage high-volume recruiting and sourcing tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfill requisitions for contractor customer support engagements
Identify, qualify, and recruit full-time employees for key positions
Manage candidate sourcing and movement through the ATS database
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting / sourcing experience
Experience in recruiting both contractors and full-time employees in a high-volume environment
Familiarity with ATS systems
Experience with global recruiting and cultural awareness
Internet and social media savvy
