Geisinger is proud to offer a full-time Inpatient RN with the Operating Room a $24,000 hiring incentive for eligible candidates! $41.00 minimum hiring rate with increased rates for experienced individuals and up to $7 shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts. Position Details

Position Qualifications / Schedule Requirements

Orientation : Monday-Friday (7 : 30am - 3 : 30pm)

Permanent schedule options : (.9) 36 hours weekly or (1.0) 40 hours weekly Weekend call required twice within a 4-week block (Friday night - Sunday night)

Response time for call shifts : within 45 minutes of initial call

Rotating shifts based on census

The Operating Room at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville is a Level 1 Trauma OR which operates 24 / 7 with 36 specialized rooms, including dedicated spaces for Trauma, Cystoscopy, and Neuro Endovascular procedures.

Education

Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)

Experience

Minimum of 1 year-Related work experience (Required)

Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body; Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania
