Senior Director of Business Development

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for top-tier strategic accounts to expand service offerings

Negotiate and close complex, multi-year master service agreements and project-based contracts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline

Master's or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Data Science, or a related field highly preferred

5+ years of experience in business development within the Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry

Demonstrable understanding of biometrics services and their role in drug development

Ideal location on the East Coast in the US
