We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive HR & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, HR support, light marketing coordination, and tech tools. You’ll be a foundational team member helping keep our operations smooth and clients supported with a ton of flexibility.
This is a hybrid role : remote most of the time, but we’re looking for someone located in or near Sioux Falls, SD (within 1-hour drive) for occasional in-person meetings or support.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage internal calendars, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups
- Organize shared files and templates in Google Drive
- Maintain project tasks and timelines
- Assist in preparing documents for client meetings and proposals
HR Project Support
Help coordinate logistics for HR consulting projects and coaching sessionsDraft or format HR materials such as onboarding guides, templates, and surveysConduct light research or benchmarking for client deliverablesSupport client check-ins and follow-up tracking as neededMarketing & Communications
Assist with email newsletters and social postsOrganize contact lists or basic client relationship management dataHelp maintain or update website content and bios (no coding required)Flex Projects & Special Initiatives
Assist in improving internal systems or automation processesHelp evaluate and onboard new software toolsOccasionally participate in brainstorming sessions for new services or programsWhat You Bring
