Superintendent K-12 Construction
This family-run general contractor has built a strong reputation in California for its expertise in design-build and modular public works construction. The company specializes in K-12 and higher education projects, focusing primarily on negotiated DSA work rather than hard-bid pursuits - allowing the team to be selective about the projects they take on and the clients they partner with. With offices in Santa Rosa and Aptos, the company emphasizes flexibility, trust, and long-term relationships. They're known for their collaborative culture, low turnover, and strong relationships with repeat subcontractors. Employees enjoy a healthy work-life balance, with leadership that understands the realities of family and personal commitments. Regarding their current pipeline, they're working on a variety of DSA-governed, negotiated public works projects ranging from $2.5M to $30M in value. Along with that, they're expecting approximately $20M-$40M of new work to start in the spring.
