REQUIREMENTS :

• MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE
• MUST HAVE Valid NY Registered Nurse RN License
• Long-term care experience required
• Must be highly organized, professional & motivated
• Should have solid computer skills
• Managed Care experience

DUTIES :

Completing accurate MDS and assessments

Collaborates with the Interdisciplinary Team to assess the needs of the residents.

Monitors MDS and care planning documentation for all residents; ensures documentation is present in the medical record to support MDS coding.

Monitoring & auditing clinical records, ensuring accuracy & timeliness.

Informing the Director of persistent issues related to non-compliant documentation.

Protecting the confidentiality of Resident & Facility information at all times.
