Photo Studio Assistant

A company is looking for a Photo Studio Assistant - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product samples from intake through return, ensuring proper organization and tracking

Prepare samples for shoots and support stylists and photographers to ensure visual alignment with brand guidelines

Plan and coordinate shoots, including booking talent and providing administrative support

Required Qualifications

Experience in a fashion photo studio, retail, or related environment, preferably in e-commerce

Proven ability to manage inventory, samples, or production assets accurately

Experience coordinating photo-shoot logistics or working with creative production teams

Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for tracking and reporting data

Experience collaborating with creative teams, vendors, or clients
