Pinnacle CPA & Advisors, PLC is seeking an experienced  Senior Manager  CPA to join our growing firm. This individual will lead client engagements, manage complex advisory and tax planning projects, and mentor a team of talented professionals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in public accounting with a focus on  Tax , a passion for client service, and a strategic mindset aligned with entrepreneurial thinking.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead tax planning and compliance engagements for business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and closely held businesses
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients—offering insights beyond compliance to support financial, tax, and strategic planning
• Manage and develop a team of professionals, providing coaching, leadership, and performance feedback
• Maintain strong client relationships and participate in firm business development activities
• Stay current on tax law changes, trends, and technology to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications and skills :

CPA license required

7+ years of experience in public accounting, including tax and advisory services

Experience working with entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, or high-net-worth clients

Proven leadership ability and a collaborative management style

Strong technical and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to solving client challenges

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
