Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute candidate search campaigns and innovative sourcing techniques
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure effective recruitment
Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing, screening, and reporting on recruiting trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health-related field, or business administration, or 8 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and sourcing
Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Oracle
Recruitment Certification or AIRS Certification preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
