Job Title : Community Services Clerk

Division / Program : Allocation - Administration Santa Clara

Starting Compensation : 22.11 - 26.53 USD Per Hour

Working Location : San Jose : North San Jose Center (In person position)

Working Hours / Shift : FT, Monday- Friday (10 am - 6 : 30 pm)

How you will make a difference :

The Community Services Clerk provides a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of all of the Community Service programs, including the Quality Assurance / Total Quality Management (QA / TQM) system functions. Enters client information, reviews documents for completion / errors, and scans into Electronic Medical Records program. Supports agency efforts to improve quality in performance. Greet visitors, answer incoming calls and process agency mail, Order and maintain office supplies, including copy machines
