What You ll Do :

• Provide direct patient care in our Family Medicine Residency clinic.
• Precept and educate residents in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Mentor and advise residents, crafting individualized learning plans and supporting scholarly projects.
• Shape curriculum, lead quality improvement initiatives, and participate in program accreditation efforts.
• Serve on committees, including Clinical Competency and Program Evaluation, and play an active role in resident recruitment and selection.
