Senior Project Manager - Engineering

These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

KBR is looking for a Senior Project Manager to, with general autonomy, manage large and complex EPC projects or programs of projects with a TIC value typically up to $500 million. This role is independently accountable for a large staff or support arm of the organization, a profit / loss or revenue center, major product line, or support function.

Functional responsibilities include :

• Having bottom-line responsibility for the financial and technical success of the project with general autonomy.
• Managing all phases of project planning and execution on very large projects (typically less than $500 million total installed cost).
• Planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling domestic and international projects according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintaining daily contact and communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Possibly managing multiple smaller projects or a portfolio of projects.
• Supervising project personnel through subordinate leaders and possessing industry-specific knowledge.
• Serving as proposal manager for major domestic and international project proposals, if applicable.
• Being independently accountable for a major profit / loss center.
