A fast-growing North Carolina property management company is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across a portfolio of single-family and small multifamily homes. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring responsive service, quality work, and consistent property standards across multiple markets.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support maintenance technicians and vendor partners across assigned regions
• Oversee scheduling, preventive maintenance, and emergency repair response
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and drive operational efficiency
• Source, vet, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Communicate results and improvement opportunities to company leadership
