Future Nissan of Roseville is seeking a Service Support Associate to join our team. This dynamic role involves supporting multiple areas, including due bills, cashiering, and rentals, while ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and positive experience.

Pay Scale - Base Hourly ranges between $18.00 - $24.00

What Youll Do

As a service support associate, youll serve as the bridge between customers, service technicians, and management. Responsibilities include :

• Greeting and assisting new vehicle customers with service needs
• Preparing repair orders and due bill documentation
• Coordinating follow-up work and scheduling appointments
• Works closely with venders to schedule upfits and services
• Communicating inspection results and additional repair needs with customers
• Explaining repair order details, charges, and warranty coverage
• Cashiering
• Rental vehicle assistance
• Maintaining accurate logs, repair histories, and quality control processes
• Supports customers needs during new car service delivery process
• Supporting service department efficiency with accurate paperwork and customer updates

Qualifications

• Valid California Drivers License
• Automotive Experience a PLUS+
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset
