Registered Nurse (RN) Long-Term Unit Manager

Deptford Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Long-Term Unit Manager in Deptford, NJ.\n\nDuties : \n

• Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unit\n
• Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures\n
• Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice\n
• Maintain the standards of care for the unit\n
• Review Resident records & quality of care\n
• Monitor overall care & review individual Residents' cases\n
• Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families\n
• Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management\n\nRequirements : \n
• Must hold valid State RN License\n
• 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred\n
• 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred\n
• Strong computer skills\n
