At Hillcrest Hospital Cushing, we are a 99-bed community-owned facility offering a range of services, including :

  • 24-hour emergency services
  • Cardiology
  • General surgery
  • Orthopedics
  • Diagnostic imaging

    • Your Responsibilities

    As an ICU RN, you will :

  • Provide patient care tailored to the age of the patient, utilizing the nursing process and leading other nursing personnel.
  • Demonstrate the skills and abilities necessary to assess, treat, and care for patients across various age groups, including newborns, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
  • Apply knowledge of growth and development to interpret patient needs and deliver age-appropriate care.
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.

    • Qualifications

    To join our team, you will need :

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Current Oklahoma RN License
  • BLS certification (to be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer)
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification
