The Creative Producer's main goal is to successfully manage the execution of production workflows for marketing assets that drive engagement and acquisition across the region. The Creative Producer acts as the primary point of contact between design teams and country / central stakeholders by dynamically selecting the best creative resources internal or external for each project, allocating creative development and asset production based on the scope of the request. The role requires identifying campaign risks, maintaining strong and frequent communications with partners across teams and offices, providing innovative solutions to timelines and ownership, and driving resolution with escalation to leadership as needed to deliver campaigns on target.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Primary bridge between creative teams and local and central stakeholders
• Optimize asset production allocation across creative resources
• Improve production scalability and implement process enhancements that raise the creative bar
• Translate the strategic vision into precise creative conceptualization and high-quality tactical asset production
• Ensure local accuracy, brand adherence, and creative consistency across the region
• Implement quality assurance mechanisms to validate both preliminary mockups and final assets, establishing proactive reviews to maintain high standards and reduce rework
• Manage end-to-end creative production process by managing project timelines and resources
• Coordinate sourcing, adaptation, and development
• Reduce upstream / downstream workflow roadblocks and resolve creative and technical challenges
• Ensure high-quality timely creative output

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00 / hr.
