Aon Consumer Benefit Solutions is hiring for a Senior Communications Consultant in a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Hammonton, NJ office. Candidates will also be considered for fully virtual if not located in New Jersey.

What The Day Will Look Like
Senior Communications Consultants develop open enrollment communications campaigns for clients' annual benefits enrollment periods. Materials range from posters and postcards to benefit guides, microsites, videos and more. A typical day includes 60% content development, 20% project management, and 20% client consulting. How This Opportunity Is Different
Senior Communications Consultants work autonomously as the communications subject matter experts for their clients. They manage open enrollment campaigns from design and content creation to distribution and web development. They also collaborate with Health Solutions and Account Management to tailor campaigns to meet clients' needs and reach their employee populations.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related degree

Compensation
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
