    • Job Summary

    We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist / Barber to join our team, providing customers with flawless haircuts and hairstyles and helping them to look their best! As a Hair Stylist, you will provide hair cuts using basic and advanced techniques. Youll discuss the best products and hairstyles for each individual clients needs and preferences. Most importantly, you will make it your goal to ensure that every customer leaves our salon feeling great about their new cut and happy with the services you provided.

    Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customers face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate haircuts and hairstyles.
  • Wash hair at hairwashing stations with appropriate products
  • Apply hair treatment products
  • Execute flawless haircuts, trims, and shaves (straight razor)
  • Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options, from formal to casual

    • Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Texas cosmetology or barber license and at least 3 years of experience is required
  • Proven experience as a stylist, barber, hairdresser, or similar role is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of hair cutting techniques, shaving with straight razor and best practices
  • Familiar with a variety of haircare products
  • Up-to-date with trends in fashion.
