Job Description

Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site workers to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure project accuracy.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Prepare and submit daily reports on job site activities and project milestones.

Identify and resolve any challenges or delays that arise during the construction process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Experience with site work utility work civil work across commercial, residential, and light industrial construction.
• Proven experience in managing on-site construction projects from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
