  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while working at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace

  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds

    • Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staffs
  • Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
  • Accurately assembles prep items according to Chick-fil-A guidelines and job aids
  • Accurately measures items for portioning
  • Uses machinery and sharp objects safely
  • Ensures all products are kept at a food safe temperature
  • Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
  • Assists on shift when needed
  • Troubleshoots minor guest issues
  • Maintains a clean and pleasant environment

    Pay : Up to $15.00 per hour
